To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed for the full purchase price of the plugin, excluding any taxes or fees.
Non-Refundable Products
Please note that our free plugins, including the Iconic Sticky Footer Menu, are not eligible for refunds, as they are provided at no cost to our users.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at teclans.info@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and the reason for your refund request. Our team will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
